NEW ORLEANS JAZZ & HERITAGE FESTIVAL

In celebration of the 50 years of Jazz Fest, today the Festival begins a weekly look back at the people, places, and things that have helped make the event part of the culture it presents.

Fans can look forward to seeing footage from the first Jazz Fest, images of Festival favorites through the years and much more. Look for Jazz Fest Memories and #JazzFest50 social media posts on most social media platforms.

The “Let’s Roam” scavenger hunt is app-lead. No tour guide or reservation required.

Don’t let the vibrant sights and French accent fool you; Louisiana’s most iconic city is one of the spookiest cities in America! On this ghoulish New Orleans ghost tour, explore the French Quarter’s most iconic landmarks and complete interactive challenges along the way.

FREE SUNRISE YOGA AT RIVERWALK

About 15 min. walk from the Hyatt Centric.

Led by Jai Bhakti Yoga Foundation, yoga will be held inside the mall near the Julia Street entrance, or if weather permits, on the balcony overlooking the scenic Mississippi River.

Guests are encouraged to bring a mat, a water bottle, and any other preferred personal yoga equipment. Guests will receive a free parking pass at the end of class.

The National WWII Museum tells the story of the American experience in the war that changed the world – why it was fought, how it was won, and what it means today – that all generations will understand the price of freedom and be inspired by what they earn.
